CHALLENGE
Non-profit organization suffered from high employee and key-individual turnover due to a lack of internal retirement planning benefits when compared to a private-sector employer.

Engineered a low-cost qualified group retirement plan supplemented by continual group education and enrollment seminars, designed to attract and retain knowledgeable middle-aged employees.
RESULT
The flight of key-individuals halted which allowed the 501(c)(3) org too successfully pursue its long-term philanthropic goals and fulfill its stated mission statement.
