Acquire advanced training in retirement planning strategies that would immediately boost the performance and probability of success behind the client's long-term retirement planning goals.

ACTION

Sought advanced, internal training on designated topic. The voluntary program was self-study over several months with a culminating exam before earning the advanced title, all the while performing existing Advisor duties.

RESULT

More importantly than an advanced title, was the invaluable training resulting in an increase in new clientele, an increase in trust and confidence from existing clients and the implementation of strategic planning techniques that solved client problems.
